Derrick was founded in 1974 in Genoa, in the Bolzaneto district, where it offers complete services for container management, including storage of full and empty units, CFS (Container Freight Station) activities, and maintenance, repair, and preparation of containers, both refrigerated and dry.
The strategic location ensures fast and direct access via the A7 Genoa–Milan motorway (Bolzaneto exit) and the “Lungopolcevera” urban road network, with no restrictions on hours or vehicle size.

The warehouse is open on the same days as the terminal and operates according to the following schedule:
Operations department: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 01:00 PM – 04:30 PM (last acceptance for trucks entering/leaving)
Customs department: 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 01:30 PM – 05:00 PM (outside the indicated hours, the entry/exit of goods cannot be guaranteed).

SAFETY RULES (applies to all terminals)
- Pedestrian transit is allowed only along designated paths
- It is forbidden to leave your vehicle in operational areas
- If necessary, high-visibility clothing is mandatory
- Standing or passing under suspended loads is strictly forbidden
- Maximum speed: 15 km/h
- Forklifts always have priority
- Twist lock operations must be carried out only in front of the gate
During loading/unloading:
- Trucks must reverse under the handler
- Driving with the cab under the container is prohibited
- Vehicles must stop only upon operator’s acoustic signal
Stopping in operational areas is strictly prohibited.
